However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or return a product that you purchased through our website or advisors. In such cases, we have a refund policy that outlines the terms and conditions for requesting and receiving a refund.

Cancellation of Services

You can cancel any service that you have booked or availed through our website or advisors within 24 hours of booking or availing the service, without any cancellation fee. To cancel a service, you need to contact us at [email protected] and provide your booking details and reason for cancellation. We will process your cancellation request and issue a confirmation email within 48 hours.

If you cancel a service after 24 hours of booking or availing the service, you may be charged a cancellation fee as per the terms and conditions of the service provider. The cancellation fee may vary depending on the type of service, the duration of the service, and the time of cancellation. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount that you paid for the service and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

Refund of Products

You can return any product that you have purchased through our website or advisors within 15 days of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, with no changes in shape or size, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must not be damaged, defective, used, or altered in any way.
  • The product must have a valid invoice, receipt, or proof of purchase.
  • The product must be eligible for return as per the return policy of the product provider.

To return a product, you need to contact us at [email protected] and provide your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the product back to us. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your returned product.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund and credit the amount to your original method of payment within 15 days. If your refund request is rejected, we will inform you of the reason and send the product back to you.

Please note that some products may not be eligible for return or refund as per the terms and conditions of the product provider. These products may include:

  • Products that are customized, personalized, or made to order.
  • Products that are perishable, consumable, or hazardous.
  • Products that are digital, downloadable, or subscription-based.

Jaush BFSI Matchmaker does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the quality, suitability, accuracy, reliability, performance, or completeness of any product or service offered by any provider through our website or advisors. Jaush BFSI Matchmaker is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, claim, liability, or expense arising from or related to the use of any product or service offered by any provider through our website or advisors.

Jaush BFSI Matchmaker is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your purchase, cancellation, return, or refund of any product or service offered by any provider through our website or advisors. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Jaush BFSI Matchmaker is not liable for any delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or information transmitted in connection with your purchase, cancellation, return, or refund of any product or service offered by any provider through our website or advisors. This includes but is not limited to any technical, network, server, hardware, software, or security issues.

Jaush BFSI Matchmaker is not liable for any fraud, misrepresentation, negligence, breach of contract, or violation of law by any provider or advisor in relation to any product or service offered by them through our website or advisors. You are solely responsible for verifying the credentials, qualifications, and reputation of any provider or advisor before making a purchase or availing a service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This refund policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to this refund policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
